Want to return your order?

Please enter your order number and the email address used during checkout in our digital return portal. You will be guided through the process step by step.

Before submitting a request, please note the following: Items pre-ordered during the Exclusive Dropweek are made on demand, in your chosen size, and therefore cannot be returned.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All labels, tags, and the original product packaging are intact.

• The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

• The item is free of scents, stains, hair, or any signs of use.

• Items returned only in their product packaging (without a protective shipping box) will be automatically rejected. If the original product packaging is missing or damaged, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to you at your own cost.

• All return shipments must include a track-and-trace code. Do not send items back to us without submitting a return request through our return portal first. Unregistered returns will be refused.
