EXCLUSIVE DROP PREORDER ITEMS
An Exclusive Drop is a limited-time release of specific items, available only during a set launch week. Each piece is made to order, which helps us avoid overproduction and guarantees exclusivity.

Pre-orders can only be cancelled during the Exclusive Drop Week in which the item was launched.
After the Drop Week ends, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Once the Exclusive Drop Week ends, we begin production of all orders. We ship out your item within a maximum of 6 weeks after the drop closes.
We'll keep you updated via email throughout the process.
Pre-orders are not eligible for return, since they are made specifically for you.
Exception: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@mesvoeuxwear.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Because we value sustainability and exclusivity. Every item is made just for you, not held in stock. That means we reduce waste and overproduction.
This model asks for a bit more commitment from you as a customer — but also ensures you’re wearing something truly special.
Since pre-order items are made to order, we do not keep stock for size exchanges.
However, if your size doesn’t fit, please contact us at support@mesvoeuxwear.com with the item and size you wish to exchange.
We’ll save your request and—if another customer is looking to exchange for your size—try to connect you directly. We cannot guarantee a match, but we’ll do our best to help facilitate a swap.
If delivery exceeds 6 weeks from the end of the Exclusive Drop Week, you’re entitled to cancel your order. Please contact us at support@mesvoeuxwear.com if this applies.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For now we only ship within Europe and to the UK. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Yes, but Mes Vœux handles customs clearance in advance and includes this in the shipping cost on our webshop at checkout, so you won’t face any unexpected fees or charges upon delivery.
It depends on where you are. Orders placed before 16:00 are processed the same day. That means you can expect your order within two days when living in the Netherlands. Delivery details will be provided at the check-out page of your delivery.
Deliveries to other countries than the Netherlands and Belgium can take anywhere from 4-16 days. Delivery details will be provided at the check-out page of your delivery.
If you’ve made a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mesvoeuxwear.com.
We can only make changes if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, so timing is key.
If your order is delayed, you’ll be notified by email.
If your package is lost during transit, we will contact the shipping provider and, if necessary, issue a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Yes — but only the items purchased through our store and not our Exclusive Drop preorder items.
Returns are accepted under certain conditions (e.g., unworn, unwashed, original packaging intact).
Please check the full Terms, Conditions and Return & Exchanges page under the Returns section and refer to the Exclusive Drop Pre-orders section for the specific policies that apply to pre-order items.
Send an email to support@mesvoeuxwear.com within 14 days of receiving your item, including your order number. All returns must be pre-approved — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
You’ll then receive instructions on how to proceed.
Once your return has been approved and received, your refund will be processed within 7 days through the same payment method used during checkout.
You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the item.
Email support@mesvoeuxwear.com with your order number, and we’ll take it from there.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
