Conditions, Terms and Returns & Exchanges

2. Applicable Law
All agreements and transactions between Mes Vœux B.V. and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
3. Liability
Mes Vœux B.V. strives to deliver all products in high quality and in accordance with the product description. We are not liable for:
• Indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.
• Delays or errors caused by third parties (such as shipping providers).
• Wear and tear due to normal use or damage caused by improper use.
If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, the customer can refer to our return and warranty policies outlined below.
4. Color Differences and Product Variations (Disclaimer)
While we strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to screen settings and material differences. Minor deviations in fabric, fit, or finishing are not considered product defects.
Orders & Payments
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Google Pay. Available payment options are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
6. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after full payment is received. In case of payment issues, Mes Vœux B.V. reserves the right to cancel the order.
7. Pricing & Product Information
We strive to provide accurate pricing and product details. If an error occurs in pricing or product descriptions, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders before shipment. In such cases, we will contact the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
8. Delivery Time by Region
Delivery times are automatically calculated after entering your shipping address at checkout.
9. Pre-orders & Pre-order Return Policy
For specific items we operate on a pre-order basis. These products are ordered in advance and delivered later.
• Pre-orders can only be cancelled during the Exclusive Drop Week in which the item was launched. After this period, all pre-order items are made to order, and cancellations are no longer possible. Would you like to cancel your pre-order during the Exclusive Drop week? Please contact us immediately at support@mesvoeuxwear.com.
• Unless delivery of Pre-orders items exceed 6 weeks Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
• Since these products are made-to-order and limited in availability, we do not accept returns on pre-orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage. In such cases, contact support at support@mesvoeuxwear.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
• You may return the item, but no refund will be issued. To initiate this process, contact support at support@mesvoeuxwear.com with your order number.
• Because pre-order items are made to order, we do not keep stock for size exchanges. However, if your size doesn’t fit, please contact us at support@mesvoeuxwear.com with the item and order number, it's size and size you wish to exchange. We’ll save your request and try to match it with another customer looking to exchange in the opposite direction. While we cannot guarantee a successful match, we’ll do our best to connect you with someone. Exchanges are handled independently between customers.
• Customer may order a maximum of 2 pieces per model per customer.
10. Delayed or Lost Orders
• If an order is delayed, the customer will be notified via email.
• If an order is lost during shipping, Mes Vœux B.V. will contact the carrier and provide either a replacement product or a refund if necessary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs.
11. Customs Fees & Import Duties
Mes Vœux handles customs clearance in advance and includes this in the shipping cost on webshop, so customer won’t face any unexpected fees or charges upon delivery
Returns & Refunds
12. Return Policy
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect. The customer must arrange return shipping through a reliable carrier and ensure the product is properly packaged
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Returns are accepted only from countries where we sell.
• The product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All tags and original packaging are intact.
• The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Returns must always be pre-registered via support@mesvoeuxwear.com. Unauthorized returns will not be processed
• The product contains no odors, stains, hairs, or other signs of use.
• The original packaging is an essential part of the product. If a customer returns an item without the original packaging, the return will not be approved. The item will then be returned to the customer at their own cost. If a return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
• Returns must always be sent with a track & trace code. Items sent without track & trace or as letterbox packages will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Pre-order products (see section 9).
• Products damaged by the customer.
13. Return Request Deadline
The customer must submit the return request within 14 days of receiving the item. To do so, email us at support@mesvoeuxwear.com with your order number. We will handle the process from there.
14. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered with a defect.
15. Refund Timeline
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method.
Warranty & Complaints
16. Warranty Policy
We offer a 3-month warranty on manufacturing defects, including:
• Loose stitching under normal use.
• Incorrect finishing or production faults.
Improper washing or misuse is not covered under warranty.
17. Complaints & Disputes
If the customer has a complaint, it can be submitted via email to support@mesvoeuxwear.com.
• We aim to respond to complaints within 2 business days.
• If we cannot offer a resolution, the customer may escalate the dispute to an independent arbitration board.
18. Repairs
We do not offer a repair service. If your product does not meet the expected quality, you may use our warranty or return policy.
Final Provisions
By placing an order with Mes Vœux B.V., the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Mes Vœux B.V. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
